Process

• Receive the relevant URL, reason and supporting information
• Hide urgent personal data, threats or clear infringement first
• Verify with the person, venue, submitter or source where necessary
• Reply with correction, annotation, hiding, removal or retention outcome

Identity and records

We request only the minimum evidence needed to prevent fraudulent removals, such as an official-domain email or control of the relevant page. Request records are retained only as needed for resolution and disputes.
